As the name of the holiday Easter is derived from Eostre, an Anglo-Saxon goddess associated with spring and fertility, I think it’s appropriate day to announce a new story. Hope you all enjoy it. πŸ™‚

Aw, thanks, CJ! You are such a loyal reader. πŸ™‚ But no rush on finishing — getting your story done is more important. (And we used to say, “I got voluntold.” *LOL* Glad she was able to “persuade” you! πŸ˜€ )

My pleasure Alyx. Hmmmm why do I think you were one of the first doing the telling when it came to “voluntold”?! Lol yep her persuasion powers are perplexing and confounding. ??

Alyx, read your story and reviewed for you. I love reading your stories. Just think this time I am reading them in the order of your choosing. *VBG*

Before you ask yes my story is started…

I’m glad you mentioned that you have started your homework and are not just playing around, CJ! I know you would not want to get into any (more) trouble with Micah. πŸ˜€

Thank you very much for leaving a review. And for reading my stories in the proper order. πŸ˜‰ *LOL*

Happy Easter! I was so happy to see that you had a new book out, I bought it and read it as soon as i saw it… πŸ˜€
What a beautiful and sweet story, Alyx!

Hi Robin, hope you had a Happy Easter too! Thank you for buying the story, and I’m really happy you liked it. πŸ™‚

Yes I really liked it and I felt I could relate to the story. I think even if not in a long distance relationship the question about moving in together can be a tricky subject. Lots of challenges there. And its too easy to react based on old disappointments and sorrows and hurt each other. You are so right that love is vulnerability and I love the way you show it in the story. πŸ™‚

You’re right, a long distance relationship is very tricky. I’ve had many. *LOL* And living together too, which I’ve only done a couple of times. But I’m glad you liked the “softer” parts of the story as well….I was afraid people would be disappointed there wasn’t more emphasis on the discipline. πŸ™‚

          1. Robin

Hey, Alyx, no certainly not disappointed ?. And I actually like your vanilla stories very much aswell! Oohh the stories about whistle stop are hot when I think about it! This handsome cowgirl stranger shows up…Its close to dreams i’ve had Lol!

Hm, about vulnerability…I was thinking, -spanking…well it kind of takes the vulnerability and the caring one more step. Maybe people who like spanking are just extra- super-caring people or a little more brave to be more vulnerable…?

            1. Alyx Post author

I think being in a spanking relationship does take the vulnerability to the next level, for sure. When you think about it, it’s amazing we hook up and get spanked at all! πŸ˜€ (Glad you liked the Whistle Stop stories…I felt very “cowgirl” when I wrote them too! *LOL*)

    Hi Alyx,
I enjoyed reading this story. It’s amazing how vulnerable/soft Lauren is in the beginning but then still morphed into a formidable top role! *bg* A vivid example to illustrate your point that a top is “also” a regular person like everyone else, a point we tend to forget sometimes. πŸ˜‰

PS. Amazon still doesn’t let me write a review. πŸ™

    1. Alyx Post author

Hi Peach, thanks for your nice comments! πŸ™‚ Yup, a top is a regular person, and makes mistakes too. The reason it was awaiting moderation is because the last time you commented as “Peachie” and this time as “Peach.” Stick to one nick and it should be fine. πŸ˜€ As far as Amazon is concerned, you must be buying the books under a different name, maybe? Because I know for sure you’ve bought a lot of kinky stuff! πŸ˜‰ *LOL*

Why is it awaiting moderation? Pretty sure I’ve commented before, haven’t I?
